Color Runner — Hesap ve Veri Silme

Color Runner (geliştirici: LCN) hesabını ve verilerini iki yoldan silebilirsin.

Yöntem 1 — Oyunun içinden (hemen)

Oyunu aç, ana sayfada sağ üstteki ayarlar (dişli) düğmesine dokun.
Hesabı sil'e dokun.
Onaylamak için düğmeye ikinci kez dokun.

Cihazın internete bağlıysa sunucudaki kayıtların ve anonim hesabın anında silinir; cihazdaki tüm ilerleme de sıfırlanır.

Yöntem 2 — E-postayla (oyun silinmişse)

collorrunner@gmail.com adresine "Veri silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Oyundaki takma adını ve yaklaşık son oynadığın tarihi yaz. Talebini 30 gün içinde işler, sonucu e-postayla bildiririz.

Silinen veriler

Anonim oyuncu kimliğin (Firebase Authentication)
Sıralama kayıtların: takma ad, karakter, meydan okuma mesafeleri
Meydan okuma koşu kayıtların (hologram)
Cihazdaki oyun ilerlemesi: coin, prizma, karakterler, ayarlar (yalnızca Yöntem 1)

Silinmeyen ya da bir süre saklanan veriler

Analitik veriler: anonimdir ve kimliğinle eşleştirilmez; en fazla 14 ay sonra otomatik silinir.
Çökme raporları: 90 gün sonra otomatik silinir.
Satın alma kayıtları: Google Play'de tutulur; yasal sebeplerle Google tarafından saklanır. Tek seferlik satın alımlarını aynı Google hesabıyla geri yükleyebilirsin.
Reklam verileri: Google AdMob tarafından Google'ın kurallarına göre işlenir; reklam kimliğini cihazın ayarlarından sıfırlayabilirsin.
Google Play Games bulut kaydı (kullandıysan): Google hesabında, Play Games uygulaması → Ayarlar → hesabını ve verilerini sil yolundan silinebilir.

Color Runner — Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your Color Runner (developer: LCN) account and data in two ways.

Option 1 — In the Game (instant)

Open the Game and tap the settings (gear) button at the top right of the home screen.
Tap Delete account.
Tap the button a second time to confirm.

If your device is online, your server records and anonymous account are deleted immediately, and all progress on the device is reset.

Option 2 — By email (if you no longer have the Game)

Send an email titled "Data deletion request" to collorrunner@gmail.com. Include your in-game nickname and roughly when you last played. We process requests within 30 days and confirm by email.

Data that is deleted

Your anonymous player ID (Firebase Authentication)
Your leaderboard records: nickname, character, challenge distances
Your challenge run recordings (hologram)
Game progress on the device: coins, prisms, characters, settings (Option 1 only)

Data that is not deleted or kept for a period

Analytics data: anonymous and not linked to your ID; deleted automatically after at most 14 months.
Crash reports: deleted automatically after 90 days.
Purchase records: held by Google Play and kept by Google for legal reasons. You can restore one-time purchases on the same Google account.
Ad data: processed by Google AdMob under Google's policies; you can reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
Google Play Games cloud save (if used): stored in your Google account; delete it in the Play Games app → Settings → delete your account and data.
